Job Description:

Creative Makers is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Events Local Representative to join our team. As an Events Local Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our events by overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of activities in your assigned local area. Your responsibilities will include visiting event locations, ensuring proper setup, assigning hosts to events, and managing the event host teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate kindness, patience, and strong leadership abilities. This position requires availability to work during weekends and involves on-site work in your assigned location.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit event locations in your assigned area to ensure the proper setup of activities according to our guidelines and standards.
  • Coordinate with the event host teams and assign hosts to each event based on availability and suitability.
  • Set up schedules for the event host teams in your assigned area, ensuring efficient coverage for all events.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with event hosts, providing all necessary details and instructions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of event hosts, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Address any issues or challenges that may arise during events ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for participants.
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve event processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of event details, host assignments, and any changes or updates.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel to event locations in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Malibu areas.
